Project overview
The primary goal was to execute a radical UX redesign of Concussion Media's marketing SAAS dashboard and its extensive interconnected analytics pages.
We aimed to transform complex performance metrics, audience segmentation, and creative data into an intuitively digestible and actionable platform.
The main challenge involved radically overhauling a dense existing system to make a vast volume of marketing data, including CTR, CPC, conversion rates, profit, and detailed audience segments, immediately actionable across numerous interconnected pages.
We had to simplify complex comparative analyses, integrate AI-powered news feeds for trends and anomalies, and design intuitive displays for top-performing creatives and historical trends.
We successfully delivered a completely redesigned analytics platform that's now a powerful, intuitive tool for Concussion Media's marketing teams.
By creating a consistent UI and streamlining comprehensive data, we enabled clear comparative analysis and effective ad spend forecasting.
The new platform, loaded with a host of new features, provides teams with the tools for real-time decision-making and continuous campaign optimization.

How we started: Our Discovery phase for Concussion Media involved an immersive dive into the Marketing SAAS analytics domain, including a thorough analysis of existing dashboards.
We meticulously researched the client's current complex dashboard to pinpoint specific UX challenges related to data density and the clarity of critical metrics (e.g., CTR, Profit, Conversions).
User flow
We created user flows, essential for defining the intricate navigation and interactions across the radically redesigned dashboard and its numerous analytical pages.
These detailed flows not only illustrated all existing connections but also clearly described the integration of new features and data modules.
