Project overview
Our mission was to design a Google Chrome plugin from scratch for real estate agents, featuring an integrated insurance marketplace.
We started with in-depth domain research to fully understand the workflows, pain points, and needs of real estate professionals. This foundation allowed us to create a tailored solution that simplifies their daily tasks and adds real value.
The main challenge was fitting a full-featured, intuitive navigation system into the limited space of a Chrome plugin interface.
We had to design all essential user flows using the client’s existing UI kit, ensuring consistency while maximizing usability within tight layout constraints.
The result is a compact yet powerful Chrome plugin that streamlines the workflow for real estate agents and enhances their daily productivity.
By combining thoughtful UX, a clean UI, and smart use of the existing design system, we delivered a tool that feels both familiar and refreshingly efficient — all within the constraints of a browser extension.

How we started: In the discovery phase, we conducted a Competitor Audit, User Interviews, and mapped out detailed User Journeys.
These activities gave us valuable insights into user needs, pain points, and industry standards—helping us define a clear product direction and design with purpose from the very start.
User flow
Based on our research, we created a detailed user flow to define the complete journey — from entry to goal completion.
This allowed us to account for all possible scenarios, corner cases, and screen states, ensuring the final design would feel seamless, intuitive, and ready for real-world use.
