easyStorage Netherlands approached us to design key website pages from scratch, fully aligned with the visual style of their newly acquired franchise.
Our task was to create a seamless digital experience that felt consistent with the parent brand while addressing the needs of the local market.
The main challenge was transforming a complex physical service into a clear, intuitive digital booking experience that effectively guided user attention.
We simplified storage options, clarified pricing, and created a secure sign-up and login flow — all while building trust and addressing concerns about safety and hidden costs.
easyStorage successfully launched as a user-friendly booking platform that simplifies the entire self-storage process.
We designed and developed an intuitive booking flow, transparent pricing, and secure personal data management — along with a full informational website. The platform clearly communicates the value of the easyPod service, helping users manage storage with ease and confidence.

How we started: Our Discovery phase for E-Storage was driven by extensive UX research, aimed at deeply understanding the self-storage domain and user pain points.
We conducted a comprehensive competitor analysis, meticulously evaluating existing platforms and others to identify industry best practices and areas for innovation.
User flow
We translated client requirements from paper into FigJam to ensure nothing was missed, then built clear user flows for a seamless booking experience.
Every path was mapped out — from exploring storage options to booking, account creation, login, password reset, and managing personal data.
