Goal

The primary goal was to unify the user experience across Vixi Suite, a premier fan engagement tool for live events.

We aimed to consolidate a fragmented ecosystem into a cohesive platform, streamlining the creative workflows for designing display outputs and mobile graphics while significantly simplifying the moderation experience for admins.

Challenge

The main challenge involved untangling complex, multi-step workflows to create a seamless environment for high-pressure live event production. We had to architect a solution that transitioned multiple output destinations into a single, reliable URL for consistency.

Additionally, we needed to reduce the cognitive load for admins by refining the moderation interface and building an intuitive tool for generating custom phone and venue screen graphics.

Outcome

We successfully delivered a unified, high-performance platform that streamlines live event management for venues worldwide.

By consolidating output pages and optimizing the design tools, we empowered teams to create, moderate, and display fan content with unprecedented speed.

The new Vixi Suite now offers a consistent, efficient experience for admins and a seamless engagement loop for fans.

How we started: Our Discovery phase for Vixi Suite involved an immersive dive into the dynamic environment of live event production.

We meticulously researched the existing friction points in the moderation queues and the graphic design workflows to pinpoint where users were losing time. This analysis was critical in identifying the need for a consolidated "single output" architecture to reduce technical overhead for venue operators.

We created user flows, essential for defining the streamlined navigation required to merge multiple tools into one.

These detailed flows mapped out the logic for the new single-URL system and visualized how admins could seamlessly toggle between content moderation and visual customization without breaking their workflow during live events.
